Booking
Information
Bookings are on a first-come, first-served
basis. You should make your reservations well in advance. We request
a 50% deposit to reserve a hunt. No hunts are booked until deposits
are received. If you are unsuccessful in the deer permit drawing
your deposit will be refunded. No refunds for early departure from
the hunt. Licenses are not to be transferred to another person.
Turkey permits can be purchased locally over the counter. No cancellation
refunds will be made 30 days prior to October 1st. Balance of your
hunt cost is due 30 days before your scheduled time of arrival.
We will accept cashier checks or money orders. Lodging accommodations
are at the Chisholm Trail Whitetails headquarters.
